Here are a few pictures from one of my recent training sessions. The focus was on communication and coaching skills. One key component of being an effective communicator and coach is the art of actively listening. Participants engaged in an active listening exercise! It was so much fun to have them put into practice some skills taught - questioning, paraphrasing, reinforcing ... We learn best when we can put skills into practice and have fun at the same time!
