Smoked Scamorza cheese from Santa Lucia IS BACK! Scamorza is a South Italian cow's milk cheese. It is a stretched-curd cheese and can be substituted for mozzarella in most dishes - using the smoked variety adds a nice background flavour. It is very similar to Ostiepok (smoked sheep cheese) from Slovakia.

Bulgarian White Brined Cheese is back! In the 1kg tin, this white cheese is a feta variation known in Bulgaria, Macedonia and other Balkan countries as “Sirene". Made from sheep's milk, Sirene is a tad saltier than Greek feta and has a creamier texture, with a hint of yogurt overtones.
