Wild West Coast Seafoods began in 2008 with a simple concept! Connect BC Families with Local BC Fisherman caught seafood! Ron Sr was a fisherman for over 40 years on the westcoast. He helped establish the Canadian Groundfish Research and Conservation Society in 1994 which now has the trawl fish industry collaborating with the David Suzuki Foundation and The Living Oceans Society.Wild West Coast Seafoods has been run since 2012 by Ron Jr who carries on the business since his fathers passing. Ron empowers BC families to make informed decisions on seafood by sharing updated information on environmental issues, stock issues, recipe ideas.
We are an Oceanwise Certified Partner in the species we carry. From Halibut, Sablefish, Smoked Blackcod, Sockeye Salmon, frozen at sea coho and halibut, spot prawns, rockfish, petrale sole, pacific cod, ling cod, albacore tuna, salmon candy, salmon lox. We also carry a variety of value added products produced by Chef Adrian Beatty who is a well know Langley/Abbotsford Chef who makes our salmon pies, halibut cottage pies, lingcod pies and gluten free salmon patties, tuna patties, cod patties and crabcakes!
