Update COVID-19 We know there is a lot of fear and concern going around right now and we wanted to reach out and let you all know what steps we are taking in an effort to help keep you safe and your furkids fed!
Though we are still still open for walk-in, we acknowledge that social distancing is crucial right now. Therefore, we are offering over the phone payments and store to vehicle delivery to minimize physical contact as much as possible.
We are also going to be offering delivery. If you are unable to come in, sick, or just trying to minimize your contact with people, please call us at 604-371-1807 or email us at willoughby@theboneandbiscuit.com to set up a delivery. We will attempt a same day delivery but please be patient with us during these unprecedented times. Certain restrictions will apply so please call us during store hours for more information.
We have been assured by our suppliers that for now, there will not be shortages of pet food and supplies.
We plan to remain open as long as possible.
