Right now is the time to really consider WORLD HEALTH, what it means and what we can do to contribute to it.
This year's World Heath Day theme is Nurses and Midwives. As the whole world is struggles with COVID 19, our nurses and healthcare workers are on the front lines. Nurses, in particular, make up more than two thirds of the health care work force and they are currently putting themselves at risk to save us, comfort us and strengthen us.
Take this opportunity to thank a Nurse or Health Care worker, and show them you care and support them by your actions as well as your words - stay home and keep others safe.
Family Day (Monday February 17) is fast approaching. Simply SPA will be closed for this statutory holiday so that our team can spend time with their "at-home" families (LOL). We're not expecting great weather, but in BC we know how to make sunshine from rain! We hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy this extra day off, with family, friends or whoever!!
