At Peak Valley Active Health, as the health and safety of our patients and staff is of the greatest importance to us, in following recommendations from the Chief Public Health Officer and our provincial regulatory bodies, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close regular operation of our clinic in an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
Exceptions to this, include emergency/acute patients; who without treatment would experience a significant increase in their symptoms or experience significant deterioration of their condition. If this applies to you, please contact the clinic and we will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner.
If you require an appointment, we will be booking patients with scheduled time in between appointments and allowing for limitations with respect to total patients in the clinic at any one time. At this time, online booking will be disabled so please send us an email.
We will remain available by email at info@peakvalleyactivehealth.ca, our facebook and Instagram pages and will also be checking voicemails daily (604-371-0715). Someone will be monitoring the phones during daytime hours.
This is a very difficult decision for us, but our hope is that by practicing social distancing we can contribute to flattening the curve. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in our commitment to maintaining a safe space for those who need care most.
