About Us

Amy is passionate about inspiring others to feel confident about nutrition and bringing joy back to eating. 

Amy completed her nutrition education and dietetics training at McGill University in 2011.  

She has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian in BC, Canada since and has gained expertise in diverse nutrition areas. She worked as a clinical dietitian at Woodstone Residence (Looking Glass Residence), BC's first publicly funded residential treatment program for eating disorders and is currently the dietitian for the Fraser East Eating Disorders Program. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian with BC Children's Hospital and was the pediatric and allergy dietitian at Heatlhlink BC in the specialized nutrition service.  Her current practice focuses mainly on pediatric nutrition, food allergy management and eating disorder recovery. 

In addition, Amy provides regular support for long term care and assisted living facilities with menu review to meet regulation requirements.  Amy has vast experience with the residential care regulations is familiar with menu audits, swallowing assessment and modified texture diets as she has worked as a food service manager and /or clinical dietitian with several LTC and assisted living facilities including Clayton Heights Residence, Langley Gardens, Crescent Gardens, The Village, Normanna and Phoenix Society.

Amy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and you can find her spending most of her free time in the kitchen trying out a new recipe!
